the darknessI sit silently, shrouded in the darkness. As the shadows of confusion begin to engulf me, i forget. I forget why i continue to fight, what i fight for. My body becomes numb and helpless, i can do nothing but give in.the darkness
A voice calls to the subconscious of my darkening mind. I begin to remember why. My dreams, my friends, my goal, my power.
As i overcome the confusion and break free from the darkness, i awake. I awake to see you there next to me. Sleeping peacefully. I smile and hope for the strength to overcome the day ahead.
